We may also use PII such as your name and/or photograph, in combination with other information provided by you, in connection with photographs provided by us to you as set forth in more detail on our Website and in our Terms of Use (the “Photos”).  We may use such PII in connection with the Photos for our marketing and promotional purposes in connection with our business, including without limitation, in our portfolio of photos shown to existing and prospective clients, in any medium.  You understand that your name and photograph may be made publicly available to our clients and therefore will not be kept confidential.
